Elena Androutsos – Communications Manager
After receiving her Baccalauréat in Economics from the French International School “Lycée Rochambeau”, in Maryland, USA, Ms. Androutsos studied at the American University in Washington DC, where she earned her BSc in Business Administration with a concentration in International Marketing. She then moved to Greece and worked for 2 years as an Account Executive for EURO RSCG Athens S.A, one of the largest advertising agency networks in Europe. After earning her MSc in Strategic Marketing from De Montfort University in Leicester, UK, Ms. Androutsos worked for 2 years in JNL+ S.A, one of the oldest Greek advertising agencies as an Account Manager before joining in 2002 the Organizing Committee for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games as an Administrator for the IOC Relations and Protocol Department in the International Relations Division. She joined Zeus in September 2007 and is responsible for the company’s communication and media-related activities and events.
Konstantinos Dilaras – Investment Manager
Mr. Dilaras has over 10 years of investment, development and property valuation experience. Prior to joining Zeus, Mr. Dilaras worked for J&P Development, Danos/ BNP PARIBAS Real Estate, and Euroterra Development. His expertise focuses on development and investment appraisals as well as property surveying for IFRS standards. His last working experience prior to joining Zeus was advising PIMCO regarding the recapitalization of the banking system in Cyprus. Mr. Dilaras joined Zeus in 2013 and is responsible for market research, investment appraisal and transaction origination for new investments of Zeus in Europe. He holds a M.Sc. in Corporate Real Estate Finance & Strategy from CASS Business School and B.Sc. in Business Administration from University of Piraeus. Mr. Dilaras is a Certified Surveyor from Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and teaches “Property Development” at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Gabor Erdelyi – Investment Manager
Gabor Erdelyi has over 13 years of real estate investment and asset management in the Hungarian real estate market. Prior to joining Zeus, Mr. Erdelyi worked as Associate at Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team in Budapest, advising international investors, such as Morgan Stanley, Blackstone and Atenor. He previously was the Head of the Real Estate Asset Management team in Hungary for Raiffeisen Real Estate Fund. He joined Reiffeisen in 2005 as an investment analyst. Mr. Erderlyi began his career in 2003 as a Junior Consultant at KPMG’s Business Advisory Services Team. He joined Zeus in May 2016 and he is involved with the company’s acquisition activities in CEE, as well as managing the investment portfolio in Hungary. He holds an MSc in Management Consulting from the University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics.
Monica Neamtu – Asset Manager
Ms. Neamtu joined the Zeus team in 2010 as an Asset Manager responsible for the all operational matters regarding Zeus’ investments in Romania. She was previously a General Manager for Brooklyn Investment, the real estate development arm of Summa, a Turkish group of companies with presence in Central Europe, Turkey and the USA. Prior to that, she was Administrative Manager for the Bucharest Corporate Center, and Project Manager Assistant for Ekter Construct, where she mostly dealt with project management and coordination activities in real estate development. She holds a BA with double major in Economics and in Engineering, and an MA in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
Demetris Panayi –Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Panayi has been involved in the investment management industry for over 14 years assuming various roles. Prior to joining Zeus in 2009, Mr. Panayi worked at the private equity finance division of Lehman Brothers in New York focusing on European Mezzanine and Real Estate Mezzanine funds. He previously was as an auditor in the investment management division of Deloitte in New York. He joined Deloitte in 2002 and was involved mainly in the audits of private equity and hedge funds. At Zeus, Mr. Panayi’s his primary responsibilities include transaction structuring and execution of Zeus’ investments in Europe and the USA, debt financings and equity fundraisings, financial reporting and compliance, investor relations and treasury operations. He holds a BS (Hons) in accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA from Manchester Business School. Mr. Panayi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Lila Pateraki - Chief Investment Officer
Ms. Pateraki has over 20 years of development, project and asset management experience internationally with blue-chip development companies. Prior to joining Zeus, Ms. Pateraki worked in Lamda Development Group, J&P Development (in Greece and Romania) and Turner Construction Corporation (in the U.S.). She carries a vast experience in all phases of real estate investments, having been involved in some of the largest, high profile development projects in the commercial, residential, industrial, tourism and marinas sector in Greece, U.S.A. U.A.E and South Eastern Europe. Ms. Pateraki joined Zeus in 2007 and she is responsible for the transaction origination and execution as well as the asset management of the investments of Zeus in Europe. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and an MS in Civil Engineering from the National Polytechnic in Athens.
Cosmin Sandulescu – Investment Manager
Mr. Sandulescu has been an Investment Manager for Zeus’ investments in Romania since 2010. From 2005 to 2010 he was development and acquisitions Manager for Brooklyn Investment, the real estate development arm of Summa, a Turkish group of companies with presence in Central Europe, Turkey and the USA. From 2003 to 2005 he was involved in the sourcing of new projects for Summa in Romania. He obtained a BA in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Constructions in Bucharest, and a BA in Management from University Spiru Haret.
Katerina Tsoka - Finance Manager
Ms. Tsoka joined Zeus in 2007 assuming a Manager position responsible for financial operations and investor relations activities. She commenced her career in 1998 with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, and between 2002 and 2007 held managerial posts in business development for Continental American Capital, an investment group focusing on real estate investment and financing in the USA, and in product development for H&A, a London investment consulting firm with expertise in designing and developing financial products for European and US Multi-Family Offices. She obtained her MSc in European Policy and Management from the University of London, and holds a BA with a double major in Economics and in Theater Arts from Clark University, USA.
Simona Tzacheva – Property Manager
Mrs. Tzacheva joined Zeus in 2010 as a Property Manager. Her responsibilities at Zeus cover residential property development and sales activities in Bulgaria. Prior joining Zeus from 2005 until 2010 she worked as a development manager for Cosmopolis Sofia, a residential development company. Prior to that, she worked as a real estate broker for Helios Sofia and she was also responsible for the construction of various internal design projects with Steven Leach Associates Bulgaria Ltd. She holds a BA is Psychology and Gymnastics from the University of Sofia.
Valentin Velichkov – Facilities Manager
Mr. Velichkov joined Zeus in 2012 as a Facility Manager responsible for all technical aspects of the company’s operations in Sofia. He Velichkov has a broad experience in construction and supervision and has worked on multiple projects in Germany, Belgium and Sofia. From 1996-1998 he worked for ABC Engineering in Germany and from 2000-2008 he worked for Lidner Group in Germany and Belgium for various company projects. He also was the chief power engineer for Kintex EAD for five years. Mr. Vekichkov is a certified technician on the fields of electrotechnical, HVAC and metal structure construction.
Maya Zika – Asset Manager
Ms. Zika assumed in 2012 the role of Asset Manager responsible for Zeus’ investments in Bulgaria. Since 1998, she was the owner of a Bulgarian financial consulting company focusing on the area of property management. From 1994 to 1998 she was the CFO of two Bulgarian advertising agencies, namely Mondial Promotions SA and Informer SA. Prior to that, she served for 12 years as Senior Expert at the Department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet Minister at the Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development and Construction. She holds a BA in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
